Dung Phi Obituary (1955

On Friday, December 18, 2020, Dung Phi, loving husband and father of three children, passed away at the age of 65. Dung Phi was born on August 11, 1955 in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam to Vu Phi and Bui Thi Suu. With his parents and siblings, he left Vietnam in 1975 to come to the states. He received his Electrical Engineering degree from the University of Colorado in Colorado Springs in 1983. On April 13, 2013, he married Hong Vu. He was known for his quick wit, his infectious smile, and his kind and compassionate spirit. Dung was preceded in death by his father, Vu, and his mother, Suu. He is survived by his wife Hong, his three children, Jeff, Michelle, and Nicole, his six grandchildren, Dakota, Khang, Jaydon, Trenton, Darian, Steven Jr., and many siblings, several cousins, nieces, and nephews. A funeral service will be heled on Saturday, December 26th , 2020 at Encore Funeral Services on Kalamath Street at 8 a.m. followed by interment at Olinger Crown Hill Cemetery.
